Preparation:
Roasters Appam Podi :
Take 1 CUP of ROASTERS APPAM PODI add milk of ½ portion of a coconut , 4 teaspoons of rava or rice powder and a pinch of yeast. Add water as per need and mix all the ingredients to make a semi loose paste and keep it for 8-10 hours. Add salt to your taste and prepare 100% pure and delicious ROASTERS APPAM
Roasters Idiyappam Podi :
Boil 3 cups of water salted to your taste. Pour the boiled water in small quantities into 1 cup of ROASTERS IDIYAPPAM PODI. Start stirring briskly as soon as you add water. Transfer the dough to a plate and knead the dough. Fill the sevanazhi with dough and cook in steam.
Roasters Pathri Podi :
Take 2 cups of water, add salt to your taste and boil. Mix 1 CUP OF ROASTERS PATHIRI PODI with the boiling water and stir briskly till the mixture turns to dough. Dip your palm in cold water and beat/pound the dough to smoothen. Make the dough into small balls. Press each ball to a delicate layer and make delicious ROASTERS Pathiris on a hot tawa.
