Preparation:
Take 1 cup of ROASTERS IDLY PODI in a mixie jar and add the required quantity of water to make a thick paste. Run the mixie for 1 minute. (Adding a paste of half glass boiled rice will enhance taste and softness of idly) Keep the mixture for 10 to 12 hours. Add salt just before cooking. Hot, soft and tasty ROASTERS IDLY is ready to serve.
