Preparation:
Take 1 cup of ROASTERS DOSA PODI in a mixie jar and add the required quantity of water to make a thick paste. Run the mixie for 1 minute. (Adding a paste of half glass boiled rice will enhance taste and softness of dosa) Keep the mixture for 10 to 12 hours. Add salt just before cooking. Rub some oil on a non-stick tawa (low heat is recommended) and spread the batter. Soft or crispy according to your taste, hot and tasty ROASTERS DOSA is ready to serve.
